How to Date More Men – Secret #5

In this post, I am going to share with you tips on how to date more men!

The internet is your friend in finding singles events. Right now, you can type “singles events” and your city in a search box and many results will pop up. As an example, you can type “happy hours, networking, or events” with any of these keywords below and get a whole list of popular events in your local area where you can meet eligible men.

Let’s explore different possibilities that help you to date more men

  • Sports
  • Store opening
  • Lecture series
  • Dancing class
  • Cooking class
  • Wine class
  • Bar or restaurant
  • Conferences
  • Zoo, Park

Online Groups

First, you can join groups that host events on Meetup or Facebook websites. Just go to these websites and type: networking, singles, happy hour, and your city name. Don’t forget to join women’s organizations, as well. Often, women’s organizations network with men’s clubs with similar purposes. As an idea, you could suggest a  “bring a single man to brunch” event idea to women’s organizations.

Workout Groups to date more men

  • 6 week bootcamp
  • train for your first marathon

Volunteer

  • charity
  • university
  • museum
  • or local conference/event

New in the City Groups

If you just moved to  your city, join a group for  others like you and meet people who have lived there for a long time. Explore your city with new friends and get to know new people.

Business Clubs and Self-Improvement Groups

As an option, consider joining a business club to enhance your professional skills. For example, Toastmasters groups provide support to improve yourpublic speaking skills. Even if you don’t meet someone here, you can develop a useful and marketable skill!

Be a host

Additionally, you can create your own social calendar and ask people to join and invite friends. Host dinner parties, create a meet-up group based on an interest you care about, start a book club, or set up a Facebook group for networking professionals.

Mailing List

By the way, signing up for a mailing list is another  way to find opportunities to meet people. Popular bars and restaurants have email lists to promote holiday parties or charity events that draw large crowds. TV stations, newspapers, city magazines, local online calendars, and even Eventbrite and Groupon have email lists or local calendars for cool activities.

Social Apps

Finally, there are many social apps that can find events you might like. Design My Night, Circle, Plan, Meet My Dog, City Socializer, Now, and Supper- Club are apps or sites that can get you connected to local singles events.

Opportunities are endless, you just need to spend more time finding the right place to go and the right group to join.
